We don't offer returns, however if something Appears To be faulty (only with a proof of a photograph) Then please contact info@kssara.com

please note that Due to the hand made nature of our products, each product might have slight differences.

K'SSARA will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size Or color subject to availability. however exchanges can happen only at your own expense. Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. K'SSARA will not issue Exchanges for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your Exchange properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you exchange must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

 

REASONABLE CARE

Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession.
